“A former FAU swimmer and team captain in
1998-99, two-time Olympian and National Team member for Hungary from
1989 to 2000, Agh has international experience that is beneficial to
the program.
"Agh brings a wealth of experience that
should benefit our swimmers," said head coach Steve Eckelkamp. "As a
former FAU swimmer and alumnus he brings the kind of personal insights
that will also help the swimmers adjust and excel at FAU."
While at FAU, Agh was an eight-time
conference champion and successfully defended his 200 backstroke title
each year at the conference championships. In 1996, he advanced to the
NCAA Championships in the 200 back and 400 IM.
After competing at FAU for four seasons,
he graduated with a bachelor's of science in 2000. Agh continued his
education and received his master of business administration in 2003.”
