Letter to Parents

 

Dear parents:

Thank you for your interest in the Fast Pace Sports Camps for this coming summer.  We are excited about offering our Multi sports/Activities for 2008 and hope that your children will be able to join us.

The camp is designed to be instructional in each sport while also providing an atmosphere of pure fun and enjoyment that can both challenge the more advanced skilled campers and involve and help the skills level of our novice campers.  All of our counselors are or have been Division 1 athletes themselves.  We hire only college age and above and many of our counselors have been teachers in the Broward and Palm Beach school systems.  They all have a love of sport and working with children and are all First aid certified.

All of our sports and activities take place on the campus of Florida Atlantic University.  Our drop off and pick up is conveniently  located in the breeze way by the Aquatic complex.

The camp schedule keeps the campers outside for most of the day.  However, between the hour of 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM the children are either in the pool or indoors enjoying our lunch selections or indoor movies and activity time. 

The camp provides snacks to compliment the lunch (all included in our camp fee) in the FAU cafeteria.  Sunscreen is also provided at check in and before both pool sessions at 11:00 and 2:00. 

When you incorporate a great staff with a wide variety of activities that keep the kids involved and learning you have a great camp.  That is what we have at the Fast Pace Camps at Florida Atlantic University.
